Enterprise IT Project Manager

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in enterprise IT project management leading complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.

• Proficiency in business systems analysis, process re-engineering, workflow mapping, and requirements elicitation.

• Experience with drafting user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and project charters.

• Experience in building Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and resource plans.

• Experience with Power BI dashboards, data visualization tools, and RAID log governance.

• Experience in public sector procurement processes, vendor oversight, SOW creation, and change management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end project execution, monitoring scope, master schedules, resource allocations, and operational budgets.

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, journey mapping sessions, and data flow modeling with cross-functional teams.

• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Build interactive Power BI status dashboards, executive project summaries, and active RAID governance logs.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover execution plans, and organizational change management strategies.

• Oversee vendor contract deliverables, Statement of Work (SOW) compliance, and public sector procurement documents.

• Partner with architecture, infrastructure, security, and data teams to align technical solutions with enterprise standards.
