Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual counseling sessions via video conferencing and in-person appointments, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment tools to evaluate clients’ psychological needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement targeted strategies to address issues such as grief, anxiety, and depression.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain detailed records in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring a clear and accessible treatment history for all clients.

• Engage in case management by coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that your clients receive holistic support tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification without any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , which is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
