Hvac Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. Responsibilities: • Quote customers for the costs of HVAC repairs, replacements, and services • Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers • Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of equipment • Identify and fix HVAC problems, including component replacement and installation Qualifications: • Candidate must obtain required state and local HVAC technician licenses • Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification • Ability to lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with aid • Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent • Current driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation: 25 - 30 hourly • #J-18808-Ljbffr
