Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and relevant licensure for Texas
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric environment
• Comfortable with technology and virtual service delivery platforms
• Professional liability insurance is required
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and independent work skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in a virtual environment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
