Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Here’s an exciting opportunity for Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a difference in school settings! We are seeking three full-time SLPs—one bilingual and two monolingual—for a contract beginning August 12, 2026, through May 26, 2027. All positions are onsite only and offer a chance to provide impactful services in dynamic elementary and middle school environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license (from Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and documented hours, if applicable
• Ability to supervise SLPAs and manage caseload-related tasks
• Bilingual SLP applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise SLPAs across assigned schools, including oversight of case management, ARD meeting facilitation, and evaluation processes
• Prepare and present paperwork and goals for ARD meetings with provided scripts
• Collaborate with a district evaluation team for initials and independently handle re-evaluations
• Serve students from PK through 8th grade, with caseloads of up to 100, depending on assignment and support staff
• Provide services and support at specified campuses with a schedule split between locations as assigned
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with clear assignments—no part-time available
• Budget is approved by July 1st
• Onsite work only; remote or hybrid options are not available
