Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position offers the opportunity to work on-site with a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high schools for the upcoming academic year. New graduates (CFYs) are encouraged to apply and will be provided with supervision, making this an excellent position for early-career professionals as well as seasoned clinicians.

Your expertise will play a key role in supporting students’ communication and learning needs, while being part of a collaborative educational team. Caseload and school assignment will be determined after the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) OR eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Active professional license; must be able to provide license documentation prior to start
• Ability to complete all credentialing requirements, including a fingerprint/background check
• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students of varying ages
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and administrators to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school, district, and state guidelines
