Qualifications:

• Associate's degree from an accredited SLPA program (or equivalent state certification)
• Eligible for licensure as an SLPA in Texas
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy to students
• Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collect data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between sites as determined during the in-person interview
