Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)—supervision provided for CFYs.
• Active state professional license, ready to present.
• Ability to pass a fingerprinting and background check as required for timely credentialing.
• Adaptable to shifting caseloads and school assignments as determined post-interview.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.

Desired Experience:

• Background in educational environments, preferably working with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and progress documentation.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for effective interventions.
• Maintain timely documentation and contribute to IEP development and review.
• Travel between assigned schools within the cluster as needed.
