Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is a contract opportunity offering hands-on experience within a supportive school cluster. You’ll work closely with students across elementary, middle, and high schools, all located near Universal City, TX. The position begins in mid-August 2026 and runs through late May 2027, providing stability and a rewarding, growth-focused atmosphere.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY; supervision for Clinical Fellows will be provided
• Valid state SLP license (must provide image for credentialing)
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred, but not required)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that foster communicative success
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to support students in inclusive settings
• Provide direct therapy services and consultation in both group and individual formats
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt services to a range of age groups and learning needs, assigned after interview
