Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for CFY status; supervision provided for CFYs
• School-based experience is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to meet all credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting and background check
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Deliver therapy across a variety of school sites; final assignment determined upon interview
• Participate in school-based meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment

You’ll become a valued resource at multiple schools, working with a diverse caseload (age group to be determined), with all assignments finalized after the interview process. Internal "prescreen" interviews may be conducted to ensure a smooth placement.
