Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a lasting impact as a Speech Language Pathologist helping students reach their communication goals in a supportive K-12 school environment. This on-site, full-time contract opportunity runs from August 17, 2026 through May 27, 2027 and covers several educational campuses in the vibrant San Antonio area. Speech Language Pathologists with CCC credentials and new graduates (CFYs) are encouraged to apply—supervision will be provided for those starting their clinical fellowship.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active professional state license (must be provided at the time of application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) welcome
• School SLP or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Fingerprinting and background check clearance required
• Comfortable working with students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain required documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with special education teachers, classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Participate in team meetings, training, and school-based initiatives
• Provide support and guidance for students’ communication needs in a variety of academic settings
• Engage actively in professional development and continuous learning
