Join our Commercial & Industrial team in Perth as a Business Accounts Consultant. You’ll be responsible for growing our SME customer base through proactive sales, lead qualification and relationship management. What you’ll do Generating new SME business through cold calling, warm leads and face-to-face sales Managing a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets Handling customer queries and providing timely, accurate information Performing sales administration including CRM updates and contract processing Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. Your experience Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding KPIs Strong negotiation and communication skills Experience in outbound telesales and face-to-face selling Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 desirable) Energy industry experience is desirable but not essential Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.
