Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your current certification throughout your tenure.
