As a Training Supervisor - Vehicle Operations, you will be an integral part of the Training Department supporting the Vehicle Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Training Supervisor - Vehicle Operations Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: What's the Job? Oversee training activities at the assigned location for the Vehicle Operations team, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. Audit Trainer and Mentor activities to ensure compliance and quality assurance. Track learner progression and maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, events, and resource allocation to meet team scaling goals. Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training, including real-life and simulated experiences, to enhance learning outcomes. What's Needed? At least 12 months of experience as a fully trained vehicle operator at Zoox or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle space or related field. Knowledge of Zoox vehicle testing procedures and operational standards. Proven ability to work collaboratively in high-level team environments and promote teamwork.
