Senior Regional Medical Director, Geriatrics & Post-Acute
BrightSpring Health Services
Abode Care Partners is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead clinical strategy and quality across facilities in the region. The RMD will balance active clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, guiding physicians and APPs, and advancing value-based care initiatives.
Ideal candidates have an MD/DO with internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine training, plus 5+ years of clinical and 3+ years of leadership experience in post-acute settings.
