The Role
Hands-on fulfillment role responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, staging, and loading orders while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify, stage, and prepare completed orders for dispatch
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freight
• Receive and organize incoming product
• Assist with product intake, labeling, printing, and required METRC/dispatch documentation
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate product locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work cross-functionally with warehouse and delivery teams to meet daily deadlines

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, 3PL, or similar experience
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Able to repeatedly stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, lift, and move product throughout the shift
• Experience with scanners, WMS, or warehouse equipment preferred
• Reliable, accountable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently while following established processes and priorities
• Coachable and adaptable with a strong team-oriented approach
• Cannabis experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

• Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
• Must be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelves
• Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
• Basic math skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent judgment and work ethic
• Professionalism, patience, and process-driven approach
• Adaptability, low-ego and high attention to detail
• Can-do attitude and team player
• Professional appearance
• Tech savviness
