Location: Chicago Loop
Practice Area: Corporate transactional, M&A
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base depending on experience plus origination and bonus
Billable hours: around 1400 a year
Firm wide focus and investment in business development

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a corporate transactional attorney working on M&A deals.
Ability to run a deal on their own.
