We’re searching for a talented and motivated Treatment Coordinator for our Kirkland location, who is eager to advance their career and make a meaningful impact.

Closely partnering with the Care Center Lead, you will regularly engage in strategy/education sessions that will elevate our patient experience. Duties include:

• Treatment coordination and insurance verifications.
• Appropriately manage multiple incoming calls and emails
• Managing referrals and intakes
• Patient follow up
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout patient visit.
• Take ownership of the provider’s schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and production
• Assist Care Center Lead as necessary
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service in a professional setting is required
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a dental setting preferred
• Scheduling optimization and insurance verification experience is necessary
• Treatment presentation experience preferred

Pay: $29.00-$34.00 Hourly

Typical work week: Tuesdays - Fridays, 7:30Am-5pm up to 10 hour days
