Account Representative

Account Representative Pleasant Prairie, WI $23.00 per hour

Requirements Those meeting these requirements are encouraged to apply:

• Customer Service experience (SAP knowledge a plus)
• Supply Chain experience a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Solid analytical ability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective management of time and ability to multi-task
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Displays initiative and flexibility to adapt to change
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as required

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and reply to all client inquiries within 2 hours
• Sales order entry and follow-up through logistics
• Prepare, maintain, and modify status reports, schedules, and plans as required
• Prepare project reports for management and clients
• Assist Account Manager with technical advice and problem resolution
• Correspond with customers to ensure all requirements are met
• Create and maintain customer-required reports
• Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews as needed
• Monitor processes related to customer-specific requirements
• Ensure SLAs for all projects are met
• Provide comprehensive customer support
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Provide backup support for Account Manager and team members as needed
• Must be able to work independently and as a team

Other Required Skills:

• Analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• High School Diploma required
• Experience with Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Position is office-based and requires long periods of sitting
• Occasional standing, walking, and reaching
• Regular use of phones, computers, and standard office equipment
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Constant communication with staff and customers; professionalism required
