Account Manager, ENT (Pittsburgh)

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager for ENT in Pittsburgh to execute direct sales strategy within an assigned territory. The role involves managing physician relationships, conducting product training, and achieving revenue objectives while maintaining compliance with company quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales strategy and achieve assigned revenue and budget objectives
• Provide intraoperative training and guidance to physicians on company products
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system and ensure quality compliance documentation
• Complete weekly and quarterly planning tools with timely accuracy
• Introduce market development programs to physician practices and gather customer feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Three or more years outside sales experience or clinical support background
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Three or more years medical device sales experience
• Three or more years selling to surgeons in operating room settings, preferably ENT
• Strong communication skills and ability to exceed sales goals
• Willingness to travel extensively and reside within 100 miles of territory center
