Technical Data Analyst

Leading data strategy for regulatory engagements, the full-time Staff Data Analyst, Compliance will develop actionable analytics, connect regulatory expectations to compliance roadmaps, and educate partners on compliance impacts, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead data strategy from ETL development to source data validation and analysis for regulatory engagements Connect regulatory expectations with Compliance and Product roadmaps to influence strategic initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and enhance essential compliance program elements Required qualifications 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Compliance/AML experience Expert level abilities in SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) Proven expertise in ETL development Experience solving complex problems using deep technical expertise
