You’ll take ownership of the quality function, leading initiatives that directly impact product performance, customer satisfaction, and supplier standards. You will be responsible for leading the overall quality strategy, managing compliance and regulatory standards, driving failure analysis and corrective actions, improving testing and validation processes, overseeing supplier quality, and mentoring teams to deliver best-in-class performance. This role would suit a technically strong Quality professional with electronics experience who is looking to step into a leadership position with real influence.
