Harm Reduction & Wellness Specialist - Housing Support
Lantern Community Services, Inc.
Lantern Community Services, Inc. in New York City seeks a Harm Reduction Specialist to support residents experiencing homelessness with person-centered services. You will engage tenants, provide harm reduction, conduct risk assessments, develop curricula with leadership, collaborate with partners, and document services in confidential records.
