This position is responsible for managing patient registration and billing processes accurately and efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their medical insurance and billing inquiries. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with patient registration and billing in a healthcare setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or certification in medical office administration or related field. Experience working in a physician office or hospital billing department. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
