Temporary Office Assistant

Job SummaryThe Office Assistant helps with day-to-day administrative duties. Collect rent payments to maintain low delinquencies. Assist with sales, leases, and rentals through direction from the Community Manager (CM)/District Manager (DM), to include completion of paperwork and follow-up communication to customers. Helps to resolve guest concerns through direction of the CM/DM.Essential Job DutiesRepresent the company in a positive manner to clients, residents, partners, and employees as a critical ambassador of the company.Committed to high resident satisfaction and resolve guest concerns in a professional manager and escalate to Community Manager/District Manager when necessary, but always inform the CM/DM of any issues.Communicates with maintenance staff on behalf of the CM/DM as instructed.Helps inspect the community, ensuring highest standards are maintained, ensuring residents are following the park rules, the community is kept clean, and ensure residents are keeping their respective properties clean.Inspect vacant homes as requested.Regular reporting to the Community Manager/District Manager.Ensure all resident documents are executed timely and accurately for pad rentals, lease to own, rentals, and for community rules.Reporting as requested through Saratoga Group software platforms to include, but not limited to a) Google Apps b) Asana c) Rent ManagerEffectively communicate with everyone in the organization and with external partners, both verbally and in writing.Employee shall devote all of his/her working time, attention, knowledge, and skills to Employer's business interests and shall do so in good faith, with best efforts, and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.Employee shall also perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, as well as such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer.Management reserves the right to revise this position description as necessary.Physical Demands and Working Conditions/EnvironmentMust be able to work up to 40 hrs per weekThis position is a temporary assignment and an expected duration of 6-8 weeks.Capable of pushing, pulling or lifting up to 25+ lbs.Occasionally required to climb, kneel, crouch, bend or crawl.Additional physical demands include: being outside/walking across communities in various weather conditions, on foot for an extended period of time, walking up and down stairs, climbing ladder.Management reserves the right to revise this position description as necessary.If an hourly employee, will need to take any unpaid meal breaks or paid breaks per applicable laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
