Operations Manager - Landscape Construction Division

Operations ManagerWell-established and growing commercial civil/landscape firm seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all phases of operations in the landscape construction division.This is a senior management position responsible for driving performance, quality, safety, and profitability. The ideal candidate has a strong background in field supervision and estimating with civil commercial construction experience. Expertise in landscaping, masonry, grading, and drainage is a strong plus.Job Type: Full-time10 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededKey ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery utilizing CPM schedulingSupervise and support field crews, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety compliancePrepare or review project estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals in coordination with the estimating teamSchedule labor, equipment, and material resources efficiently across job sitesServe as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and project stakeholdersConduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide leadership to field staffImplement and enforce company standards, safety protocols, and operational best practicesTrack and report on division KPIs, budgets, and performance metricsMentor and develop high-performing team membersRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in civil /Commercial construction operations or project managementStrong field background with hands-on experience in site supervision and estimatingExperience in landscaping, grading, paving, masonry, or drainage systems is highly preferredProficient in reading blueprints, construction specs, and performing accurate takeoffsSkilled with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanSwiftExcellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license; travel to job sites requiredPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldOSHA 30 CertificationBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth and life insurance and supplemental dental, and vision insurance401(k) with dollar for dollar matchingPaid time off and holidaysCompany vehicle or allowance (if applicable)Growth opportunities within a stable and respected companyBenefits401(k) 4% MatchHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPotential bonus based on performance
