Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist***Candidate must have strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience***Absolute Must Haves:-Responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering technical solutions that empower the Marketing and application development teams to utilize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation platform.-Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.-Collaborate with internal feature development team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation-Understand the complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity.-Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide hand-off to business users.-Building custom queries, email templates, AMPscript-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and build out comprehensive customer journeys.Responsibilities:Work with BA/business team to define requirements, propose & deliver solutionsResponsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies to build customized solutionsCreate test classes and perform required testing on new development.Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field preferred(or equivalent experience)A proven functional/technical professional with at least 1 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations and at least 3+ years of experience working with SFDC. Excellent SalesForce cloud object oriented analysis and design patterns/ techniques with emphasis on the latest SalesForce component technology. The candidate will be expected to produce high quality detail design document, coding and code review and unit testing. A self starter and a quick learner.Direct experience with at least one SFDC Service Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com)Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC ( for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.)Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com,.Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.Proven experience in development of SFDC CRM and custom application solutions.Understanding of complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 1 complex data migration to Salesforce.com.
