Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: $62,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:

• We want someone with 6+ years of hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including at least 3 years working with Lightning Web Components.
• We need proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and documentation for Salesforce implementations.
• We look for experience with version control tools such as Git, along with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• We require experience building Apex classes and triggers, as well as working with APIs.
• We expect expert knowledge of the Salesforce data model, including SOQL and SOSL.
• We value strong attention to detail, clear communication, analytical thinking, and solid problem-solving ability.
• You must be based in Canada and legally eligible to work there, with proof of citizenship or visa status.
• Bilingual French and English communication is a strong asset.
• Salesforce certifications such as PD2, JavaScript Developer 1, and/or System Architect are an asset.
• Experience with data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce is a plus.
• MuleSoft experience is an asset.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as ERPs is an asset.
• Experience with AngularJS and/or jQuery is a plus.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform is an asset.
• Experience deploying solutions to the Salesforce AppExchange is an asset.

• We develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• We collaborate with developers, architects, and consultants to apply Salesforce best practices.
• We conduct code reviews and ensure our work follows Salesforce coding standards and quality guidelines.
• We provide day-to-day end-user support and help clients strengthen their Salesforce knowledge through proactive guidance.
• We participate in client meetings to share progress and recommend best practices.
• We continuously look for ways to improve how we deliver Salesforce solutions.
• We handle other related duties as needed.
