Assistant Brand Manager

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about beauty and wellness, knowledgeable about current skincare trends, and experienced in brand storytelling, campaign execution, and cross-functional marketing operations. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing or brand management experience (skincare, beauty, or client strongly preferred).
• Experience with Sephora, Ulta, or beauty specialty retail markets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
• Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and consumer behavior.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read/write/speak Korean (preferred; reading required).
• Experience partnering with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales on product innovation cycles.
• Prior experience managing product launches, brand decks, and retail submissions.
