Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Community Specialist based in Buford, GA. The Community Specialist will be responsible for fostering local connections, managing community engagement initiatives, and representing the brand in the region. Key tasks include organizing events, facilitating communication between lululemon and the local community, and supporting customer interactions to ensure an exceptional brand experience. This role requires collaboration with both internal teams and external community members. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to represent the brand authentically and positively within a local community Previous experience in retail, community relations, or related fields is an asset Passion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle Flexibility to work onsite in Buford, GA, with availability for events and community activities #J-18808-Ljbffr lululemon
