Job Description Job Description Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in our Dallas office! You will be responsible for preparing financial statements & payroll reports for our Clients. Responsibilities Reconcile Clients Bank Account(s). Computerization, Journal entries, and using excel Communicate with clients to answer questions Perform data entry and administrative duties Preparation of 941 and Payroll Deposits, State Unemployment, 940, Sales Tax Training on Successful and Proven Software Provided Payroll Processing Qualifications Previous experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping Minimum of 5 years experience Fundamental knowledge of Bookkeeping Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description We are a long-time established firm, in the North Dallas area.
