The Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick ( EMNB ) is comprised of seven student-facing and administrative units: Undergraduate Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and the One Stop Student Services Center, as well as business, information technology, and strategy and analytics administrative teams. The division employs over 100 full-time staff and an additional 200+ student employees to fulfill its mission. The One Stop Student Services Center represents an integrated and coordinated cross-functional service in the areas of financial aid, student accounts, and registration. Through strong customer service and effective use of technology, the center serves as a "single point of service" across these areas to promote a progressive, simplified, and consistent student experience and a culture that supports student satisfaction and success. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for the One Stop Student Services Center within the Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick ( EMNB ). Key Duties Assists students in navigating the various pathways after enrollment at Rutgers University - New Brunswick: their class registration, their grades, their degrees, their money, and other information related to their academic records. Counsels, advises, investigates, problem‑solves, and resolves questions and issues from students, parents, staff, collegiate units, and other third parties. Acts as a facilitator to resolve student services issues and is knowledgeable about all student benefits and functions across the Offices of Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Accounting, Billing and Cashiering, and Undergraduate Admissions. Identifies and anticipates student enrollment issues, resolves or establishes a viable and timely plan for resolution, and follows‑up on agreed upon plans. Addresses student enrollment needs, and develops specialized knowledge through their experience, and extensive and regular professional development. This is a direct student service position, spending the majority of time on the 'front line' working with students, parents, and other University departments. FLSA Nonexempt Grade 05 Salary Details $68,278.00 Minimum Salary 68278.480 Mid Range Salary 84393.980 Maximum Salary 100509.480 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Two years of experience working with students or customers in a service‑oriented environment. Ability to meet expectations in a fast‑paced and dynamic customer‑oriented environment with flexibility to accommodate adjusting priorities. Sensitive to cultural diversity and backgrounds. Proven ability to work effectively as a team member. Ability to analyze and interpret data and make independent decisions. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, student information systems, Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications Experience working at the Rutgers, The State University of NJ or a similar multi‑campus university. Working knowledge of student information systems (including but not limited OSFP , Salesforce, Perceptive Content, HESAA , COD , NSLDS , SRDB ). Experience in higher education, preferably a one stop service model, financial aid, registrar, and/or student accounting.
