Role & Responsibilities About the Role We are looking for a confident, proactive, and results-oriented Business Development & Social Media Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities through digital platforms, social media outreach, networking, and effective client communication. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through strategic outreach and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and connect with potential clients, organisations, and business partners. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, digital outreach, networking, and other relevant channels. Initiate conversations, understand client requirements, and effectively communicate the organisation's services and offerings. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a structured pipeline of leads and business opportunities. Support business meetings, presentations, proposals, and pitches. Work towards defined business development and lead generation targets. Social Media Marketing & Outreach Manage social media platforms to strengthen brand visibility and generate business enquiries. Develop and execute social media and digital outreach strategies. Identify relevant industry trends, communities, and engagement opportunities. Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms for networking and business outreach. Coordinate content and campaigns that support lead generation and business growth. Monitor social media engagement and convert relevant interactions into potential business opportunities. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and business opportunities. Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads generated, meetings, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and business development initiatives. Analyse outreach results and continuously improve strategies based on performance. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or any related field . 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong confidence and ability to communicate professionally with clients and senior stakeholders. Experience in lead generation, client outreach, business development, or relationship management will be preferred. Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and digital outreach tools. Strong relationship-building, presentation, persuasion, and follow-up skills. A proactive, target-oriented individual with the ability to independently identify and pursue business opportunities.
