Remote Sales Representative — AI, Marketing & Real Estate

**About the companies**

We are hiring five remote salespeople (Independent Contractors / 1099). Candidates globally are welcome if you can work U.S. Central Time (Chicago).

We are a family of companies led by Dr. Cezar Roberts, including ChicagoSwap.org, CS Red Digital (csreddigital.ai), and Catch the Call that AI. We specialize in AI promotions, paid media, high-ticket advisory, real estate acquisition/flipping, and fractional CFO services.

**How we sell — Honesty is the rule**

We do not manipulate clients or oversell. We tell the truth about what a product will and will not do. You will remain the contact person after the sale, so long-term trust is critical. Pressure tactics do not belong here.

**Hours and time zone — U.S. Central Time (Chicago)**

* Workday: 8-hour workday aligned to U.S. Central Time (Chicago).
* Talk time: ~4 hours of live customer contact daily (inbound coverage and cold calling).
* Pipeline & Admin: The rest of the day is pipeline work, GoHighLevel (GHL), and follow-ups.
* Daily Huddle: Attendance is obligatory.

**The role**

* Take inbound calls/messages (YouTube, Google, Meta ads).
* Make outbound/cold calls to qualified and semi-qualified prospects.
* Qualify buyers, handle objections, and close deals honestly.
* Manage pipeline and clean notes inside GoHighLevel (GHL).

**Compensation — Uncapped & residual**

* Commission: 10% of net profit on transactions you close or are assigned. Typical deal size: $500 – $20,000.
* Residual Income: Paid monthly as long as the client stays and keeps paying AND you remain engaged with the company.
* Optional Draw: Low draw available during onboarding (recovered from future commissions).
* Monitoring: Hubstaff software tracking. While on a draw, activity must stay above 60%. Cheating tracking system = immediate termination.
* Pay Cycle: Weekly via direct deposit (1-week delay).

**Requirements**

* Excellent spoken/written English (light accent or American/British accent).
* Ability to stay fresh during U.S. Central Time hours.
* Dedicated quiet workspace, laptop, stable high-speed internet, headset.
* Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a strong plus.
* Willingness to sign NDA, Non-Circumvention, and Confidentiality agreements before start.
* LATAM & Europe Time Zones

7. Confirmation that you understand and agree to: 1099 contractor status, 8h Central Time schedule (~4h talk time), obligatory daily huddles, Hubstaff monitoring (60%+ activity on draw), 10% net profit commission + residual rules, 1-month trial, and NDA/Non-circumvention agreements.
