General Laborer / Parts Specialist (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Parts Specialist to join our team on Second Shift . This position will support our manufacturing and Fabrication Departments by handling parts, sorting materials, assisting with general shop duties, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is willing to assist wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
- Remove parts from machines and brake/sort parts from skeleton material.
- Label and organize parts accurately.
- Perform general shop and fabrication labor.
- Assist the Fabrication Department with various tasks as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and fabrication of components and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors.
