Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will support financial advisors and their client base by providing seamless administrative support and ensuring a positive client experience. This role offers a dynamic environment for growth within a client‑focused organization. Support and Training Comprehensive 6‑month training including mentorship from an experienced peer. A support network spanning the branch office, regional team, and corporate office. Opportunity to work independently while backed by a broad team of thousands. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Participate in the annual business planning process to help develop strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for client life changes that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and issues. Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams. Learn and understand the financial services industry and manage account openings and transfers at the advisor’s direction. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing client‑meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan strategically. Required Skills and Qualifications Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and team collaboration. Strong conversational and digital tool utilization skills. Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology (e.g., MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office). Ability to work independently under the direction of a financial advisor.
