Maintenance Assistant

General Facilities Maintenance

We're seeking an entry-level, full-time Maintenance Assistant to support overall operations at Beechmont Automotive Group. This role is multifaceted and requires an individual who can adapt to changing demands, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is willing to take on new responsibilities each day.


Pay Range $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety and preventative maintenance needs.

• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and team members
• Clean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintain the maintenance area, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Competes additional reasonable tasks and duties as required.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic understanding of maintenance procedure
• Physically capable of performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience driving large vehicles or towing a trailer is preferred
• Ability to work independently or assist with projects
• Occasional evening and/or weekend work and/or overtime as required
