Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the 2026-2027 school year. Essential Functions Prepare correspondence, forms, manuals, reports, and presentations. Maintain physical and electronic department files and records. Perform routine bookkeeping tasks and maintain department budget records. Compile pertinent data as needed when preparing reports. Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff. Make meeting arrangements for department activities, including preparing materials, scheduling, and setting up facilities. Maintain a schedule of appointments for the administrator and make travel arrangements. Maintain calendar with department and assistant superintendent schedules. Compile, monitor, and process personnel time and payroll records. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent.
