Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant at Segal, you’ll support the day-to-day financial operations that keep our business moving, including reconciliations, journal entries, close activities, reporting, budgeting support, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: The primary duties of the Junior Accountant include, but may not be limited to: Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, daily cash sheet preparation, and bank and cashbook reconciliations. Prepare and analyze balance sheet and expense account reconciliations, including general ledger, bank statement, and daily cash sheet activity. Create monthly internal Profit and Loss statements for distribution to reporting groups and provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for leaders, including Directors and the CFO. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Segal Company (Eastern States), Inc.
