Director of Finance North Metro Atlanta | OnsiteEstablished manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, inventory accounting, cost accounting, credit, and banking functions for a growing multi-entity organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience Strong manufacturing and inventory accounting experience required Background in cost accounting, treasury, banking relationships, and working capital management Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams (10 ) Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution CPA and/or MBA preferred Why Consider It?
