Job Overview Build sophisticated estate plans for high‑net‑worth clients while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, well‑respected practice. Compensation Salary: $125,000 - $185,000 per year. Benefits Established estate planning practice with a consistent flow of sophisticated work Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility from day one Collaborative environment with experienced attorneys and strong support staff Opportunity to work on complex, high‑value estates and advanced planning strategies Stable firm with long‑term growth potential and low attorney turnover What You’ll Do Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer tax planning Handle trust administration and estate settlement matters Work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on complex planning strategies What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience focused on estate planning and related matters Strong drafting skills and deep understanding of trust and estate concepts Experience working directly with clients and managing matters independently Licensed and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction Detail‑oriented, thoughtful, and client‑service driven Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
