EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

Professional photography/videography portfolio required by the PWS qualification language. Personnel must be fully trained/licensed/certified for assigned platforms/functions.

Relevant Facebook/Google/PII/marketing credentials are advantageous.

WORK EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

Demonstrated professional creative direction, photography, videography and post-production experience supporting digital/social campaigns of comparable scope. Ability to use professional-grade equipment, produce high-resolution assets, and meet Government approval and security requirements.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS NICE TO HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film/Video, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or related field; Adobe/creative-production certifications; Google/Meta digital-media credentials.

WORK EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE

Military recruiting, DoD, Federal/public-sector campaign experience; social-first creative production; short-form video/VLOG production; brand-guideline compliance; high-volume editing; content adaptation across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

Resume and professional photography/videography portfolio should be included/available. Include certifications where available. No diploma/reference attachment explicitly required.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead creative concept development and visual execution for LAARNG social/digital campaigns; plan and execute at least 4 professional photoshoots annually and deliver 50+ edited photos per shoot; plan/support at least 4 video shoots and produce 8 VLOGs annually, each at least 2 minutes plus 8 six-second edits; complete VLOG edits within 15 days post-shoot; provide professional-grade equipment, creative direction, photo manipulation, color correction and retouching; ensure assets comply with Army/NGB branding and approval requirements; create platform-optimized graphics/videos; coordinate production schedules by November 20; deliver high-resolution .MOV/.MP4 and other approved formats through an RCAS-compatible method; maintain organized shared asset repository.
