Set the Stage Pre‑Op Confirm cases, meet patients, walk them through procedures, gather documentation, and coordinate closely with OR staff. Deliver in the OR Support patient positioning, maintain a sterile field, anticipate the surgeon's next move, and work in sync with the surgical team. Follow Through Post‑Op Assist with patient transfer, deliver thorough PACU handoffs, and complete documentation with precision. What You Bring Experience At least 2 years of surgical assisting experience Hands‑on experience assisting in Ortho, Spine, General, GYN, and Robotics Spine experience is a plus Education & Credentials Strong technical skills in the operating room Graduate of an Accredited program- PA/NP/CSFA Ability to acquire AZ state license What Sets You Apart Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities and needs A customer‑service mindset Confidence to work independently and autonomously Physical Requirements Ability to lift, sit, stand, or squat Constant seeing, hearing, and speaking Frequent lifting up to 20+ lbs., plus bending, reaching, standing, walking, and kneeling MPOWERHealth is an equal opportunity employer.
