Responsibilities: Have or obtain a Property and Casualty License AND a Life and Health License Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: OUTGOING personality - a real people person! STRONG communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
