Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

• Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and previous customers

• Negotiate professionally while working toward dealership sales goals

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up consistently

• Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience

• Stay current on vehicle features, inventory, pricing, incentives, and promotions

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and generate repeat/referral business

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience required

• Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and dealership hours
