The role

We are hiring our first Head of Sales. This role is for a seller who already has the relationships to put PSP in front of decision makers now. You will own revenue: bring your existing employer and consultant relationships, close accounts, open new channels, and build the sales function as we grow. You will report to Louis Gallucci, Chief Executive Officer. Title, structure, and long-term role are open for the right person.

What you will do

• Introduce Limitless to decision makers you already know at self-funded employers, benefits consulting firms, stop loss carriers, captives, and TPAs, starting in your first 30 days
• Run the sale from introduction to signed agreement, with Limitless analysts building every savings estimate
• Open and grow new channels, including stop loss carriers and MGUs, captives, TPAs, and public entity pools
• Set the sales process, targets, and pipeline discipline for the firm, and recruit future sales hires and partners

Who we want

• Current relationships with decision makers at self-funded employers, benefits consulting firms, carriers, or TPAs that you can introduce us to immediately. This is required.
• You have sold a program that sits inside a self-funded employer's health plan, such as a PBM, specialty pharmacy, stop loss, cost containment, or care navigation program, and closed it through the benefits consultant with approval from the CFO, HR, and the PBM or TPA
• 10 or more years selling into employee benefits, pharmacy benefits, stop loss, or self-funded employer markets
• A strong grasp of self-funding, stop loss, and PBM economics
• An entrepreneurial approach: you want to build something, not inherit it

Compensation

We pay generously for results. This role begins as a commission-only, independent 1099 engagement:

• A very lucrative revenue share model that grows with results without a cap
• A 10% accelerator on business closed in your first 6 months
• For the right candidate, a negotiable draw against commission in place of a base salary
• For the right candidate, equity options, contingent on performance outcomes
• The option to convert to a full-time W-2 position
