This role assists guests with check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, billing, and guest requests while maintaining brand standards and promoting a positive hospitality experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment while creating. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner. Secure payments, verify billing information, and process billing adjustments as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and area recommendations. Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining high-quality hospitality standards. Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations. Uphold brand standards and company policies while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment. Qualifications Positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Experience using hotel management systems is a plus.
