Overview
Office Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Coverage area: Allegheny and Surrounding Counties
Schedule: M-F 8AM to 5PM
Adoration Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. Our Social Workers provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination to patients facing terminal illness. This role plays a key part in the delivery of holistic care and ensures that patients' psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect. Educate and assist with advance directives
Provide referrals and practical support for patients and families
Serve as liaison with community resources and agencies
