Interventional Radiology RN, Saint Joseph's Medical Center – Yonkers, NY Yonkers, New York, United States Location Yonkers Job Description Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking an Interventional Radiology RN to provide education to the patient and family members to ensure understanding of the procedure and plan of care before signing procedural consent and providing them with discharge planning/instructions. Job Description: Check and verify vital signs, meds, NPO status, lab results, and medical history. Insert and remove intravenous lines. Administer medications including moderate sedation. Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during the procedure. Oversee the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after procedures. Assist as circulator and scrub nurse as needed. Provide post‑procedure monitoring: observe for signs and symptoms of complications such as bleeding from the puncture site, pain, and changes in mental status or vital signs. Requirements New York State RN license. Minimum of 1.5 years of related clinical experience. Radiology experience and IV skills highly preferred. BCLS required; ACLS preferred.
