Trainer and Process Specialist (Systems Applications)

We are currently looking for a Systems Application Specialist (Trainer & Process Specialist) to support our operational systems and drive process excellence for the Customer Success Teams across the Americas. Responsibilities Trainer: Collaborate with Customer Success Management to identify training needs and develop effective training strategies. Schedule and conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, maintaining training records. Create assessment tools and training materials, including process summaries, videos, and presentations. Deliver online, onsite workshops, and individual sessions to support continuous team improvement. Process Specialist: Ensure that Customer Success processes align with company policies and customer interests. Continuously evaluate process efficiency and effectiveness of order fulfillment, including inputs, outputs, responsibilities, systems, and tools (SAP, EDI, eShop, Contact Center, Outlook, Excel). Identify risks and issues; analyze data to uncover improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and implement enhancements. Develop and implement new processes and technologies using a value‑stream approach in collaboration with other departments. Document processes, develop training materials, templates, and forms; conduct training sessions and develop key users. Oversee process introduction, acceptance, and compliance; measure outcomes and take corrective actions. Support the Customer Success team during customer and internal/external audits, collecting evidence and preventing recurrence of issues. Demonstrate proficiency in designing, implementing, and scaling business processes with strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with AI‑driven automation and intelligent workflows for order processing is preferred. Structured, organized, detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking across multiple projects. Periodic international travel may be required (quarterly, less than 10%). Qualifications & Experience Associate’s degree, business certificate, or equivalent professional experience is preferred. 5+ years of experience as a trainer and process specialist. Experience with system implementations, ERP systems, and enhancing dashboards for high performance. Experience managing cross‑functional projects and multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP, EDI, eShop. Experience with omnichannel contact center and CRM systems is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to location). 5% discretionary annual bonus.
